Fineapple Salsa.

Enjoy the FINER things in life and dip your favorite chip up in this one! Filled with the detoxing fruit Piña, you’ll be hydrated and Vitamin C ready for your day. Did you know that Pineapples are originally from Mexico?

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of diced pineapple 
  • ¾ cup of diced tomatoes 
  • ½ cup of finely chopped cilantro 
  • ¼ cup of chopped red onion 
  • 1 tbsp of oregano 
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin 
  • ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt 
  • 1 avocado diced 
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely diced (optional) 

Instructions:

  • Mix it up! 
  • Dip that chip in and taste the goodness.

Cashew Rules Everything Around Me.

Don’t fret cheese lovers, time to explore the creamy flavors of cashew cheese. A nut that can turn any bland meal into a tasty time. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of soaked raw cashews 
  • ½ cup of filtered water
  • 3 tbsp of Nutritional yeast 
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp of Himalayan pink salt 
  • ½ tbsp of oregano 
  • Dash of chipotle powder

Equipment: 

  • Food Processor or High Speed Blender 

Instructions: 

  • Soak cashews in water for 4 hours or boil for 10 mintues.
  • Drain cashews and put in a processor or blender with the rest of the ingredients. 
  • Blend and add water little at a time until a creamy rich consistency is reached. 
  • Dip in your veggies, put this in your spaghetti, for your pizza, spread it on your bagel, or my favorite: on my potato enchiladas!
